We stayed at this four-star hotel and had a great experience. The location is excellent, nestled in a nice area near a bustling avenue. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always available to help. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which allowed us to stay connected throughout our trip. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. we were impressed with the luxury and comfort this hotel provided.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. From the great location to the attentive service, this place has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The room was quit, clean, separate bedroom and salon. The breakfast was nice.
They could/should improve their internet offering. It is not very practical/userfriendly to go every day to the reception to request an internet voucher valid only for 24hrs at 12BRR(ok this is cheap for foreigners) . Why not simply offer a webbased system like most providers of hotspots these days. When you logon you get a webpage where you can choose from different prepaid vouchers (24 hrs , 1 week, etc) and you use your credit card to pay online. I used this at the Sao Paulo airport and this works fine. They could renovate the bath. For people on business trip like myself they could provide a bigger desk in stead of the small kitchen table.

The rooms were nice for the price and the fact that breakfast was included was a great plus. Also, the pool on the roof was a nice surprise.
The staff who I interacted with didn't speak very much English. I know that's not really a big deal, but it was kind of a problem when it came time to check out and I couldn't communicate with the person at the front-desk.

The location was fantastic and, being in a cross street of Av, it was in a nice area. We were close to many conference centers and the WTC, our destination for this trip. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered was delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, great to check-in early without any extra charges.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great value for money in a functional and spacious hotel with good breakfast and decent location. the gym and small pool also provide some extra convenience. Rooms have mini-bars and a safe available with key from reception. Bonus points for nearby shopping and easy access to public transport.
Uncomfortable internet experience with paid connection not readily available, and a lack of air conditioning in winter months can lead to discomfort.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The hotel was located within walking distance of a nice mall and several restaurants.
The building was outdated and in need of a renovation. The room we were given was small, with little space to move around.

One thing to note is that some of the room decors appear outdated.
